Sanjay Lavakare was previously a part of Bengaluru's IT industry but eventually discovered his true passion for art. After working in IT for 16 years, he decided to pursue painting full-time, despite the option of a sabbatical from his company. Being a regular participant at the Chithra Santhe every year, he showcases his latest artwork capturing the essence of Koramangala. Collaborating with old neighbors Ashish and Ritu on L Street, Koramangala, they identified 50-60 unique elements of the neighborhood. Some elements in Sanjay's painting are easily recognizable, while others require a bit of observation to decipher.
